Shipping costs vary based on your delivery location and the timing of your order, as rates can fluctuate due to factors like distance, carrier availability, and seasonal demand. How long is it from ordering to delivery of the kit?
Every Elevated Outdoor Living kit is custom-built to your specifications, ensuring exceptional quality and attention to detail. Currently, our lead time is approximately 90 days from the moment you place your order to when your kit ships. We’re committed to keeping you informed every step of the way—any updates or changes to the timeline will be clearly communicated before you finalize your Purchase Agreement.
Are there any special requirements for delivery?
When your Elevated Outdoor Living kit arrives, a heavy-duty forklift equipped with 8-foot forks or a boom telehandler will be essential to safely and efficiently offload the custom crates from the flatbed delivery truck. Ensuring the right equipment is on-site will streamline the unloading process and protect your investment from any potential damage during delivery.
